What is your minimum order?

Since Empire is a custom manufacturer, our minimum order requirement will be determined on a per project basis.

Do you stock Tri-wall Gaylord Bins?

No, we do not stock Tri-wall Gaylord Bins. Our minimum order requirement for Bins is 250.

What is the cost for a prototype?

Since each project will vary in size and detail our Creative Team will review and determine a quote prior to proceeding with design process.  

Can we customize a Stock Display?

Yes, we can customize a stock display.  Our minimum order requirement will be determined on a per project basis.

Can I order just one sample?

Yes, you can order just one sample.  Pricing will be determined on a per project basis.

Can you design a display for my product?

Yes, Empire’s Creative Team will create a display based on your product, how much product the display needs to hold and the retailer’s footprint requirements.

What is tooling?

Tooling is add-on to the equipment that forms the material to create your custom package.

What is a typical lead time?

Lead time is determined on a project by project basis but is typically 7 – 10 business days from structure and/or graphic approvals.
